Community Survey-Los Angeles County Development Authority  

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is currently preparing the 2023-2028 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) and Assessment of Fair Housing (AFH) for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by June 2023.  The Con Plan is required to be completed every five (5) years by HUD as a condition for the Los Angeles Urban County to continue to receive funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Solutions Grant Programs. 

LACDA needs your participation in this process.  The input you provide, in conjunction with the research conducted in the County’s unincorporated areas, will establish the overall strategic goals for the Los Angeles Urban County.
