Maywood Senior & Disable Dial-a-Ride Rules

Service Area: Eligible city residents may be picked up and transported within all incorporated areas of the City of Maywood. In addition, they may be picked up from or transported to origin or destination within 10-miles of the City limits for medical appointments only between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.
Eligible Users: The service shall be available to Maywood Residents 62 years and over or those with a physician certified disability.
Fares: There will be no charge for riders as long as they are enrolled in the program and present a city-issued identification card.
Reservation Service: patrons may reserve a trip up to two days in advance, specifying the time of pick-up and destination for a one-time-only trip (one round trip max per day).
Flag Downs: Flag downs by passengers are not allowed at any time.
